World leading FMCG Company JT International Ukraine (14 years of successful operation in Ukraine) is looking for BTL Development Supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Initiate, develop and control the implementation of below-the-line and through-the-line communication projects to ensure effective investment via proper coordination of DTC tools to achieve target brand objectives;
- Communicate priority of DTC programs to the agencies, monitor and control their execution to ensure timely and quality programs development;
- Deliver activity and KPIs reports on respective projects and provide with improvement recommendations. Measure and report programs performance versus agreed objectives. Monitor respective projects budgets and recommend actions for ROI improvement in coordination with Brand Teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- university Degree, preferably in Marketing;
- min 1 year of BTL projects development and/or execution experience in FMCG company / agency; international internship is a plus;
- fluent English, Ukrainian, Russian;
- PC skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point);
- effective communication skills;
- creative thinking;
- problem solving skills;
- planning skills and self-discipline;
- everything is possible attitude, self-starter.
