International FMCG Company JT International Ukraine (13 years of successful operation in Ukraine) is looking for MARKET RESEARCH ANALYST.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communication with Brand Managers in order to identify the specific issues to be addressed during the research projects.
• Recommending the research methodology. Briefing the Research agencies.
• Supervision of the Research materials preparation for both qualitative & quantitative studies (questionnaires/discussions guides development together with Research agencies, sampling composition recommendations, reporting design development).
• Research budget control & administration of the financial documents requested for projects execution.
• Research agencies’ performance monitoring.
• Summaries / recommendations & presentations preparation & submission based on Consumer research findings.

REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree or equivalent (preferably in Economics, Marketing, Sociology or Statistics).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a FMCG or a research company (Project Manager or similar position).
• Deep knowledge of consumer research methods both qualitative & quantitative.
• Ability to communicate efficiently.
• Fluent English.
• Advanced PC skills (MS Excel, MSPPT, SPSS).
