RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide training services for all staff positions: collect information on training and development needs of the company, contact training providers, conduct preliminary screening of trainings and training providers;
- In cooperation with line-managers analyze training and development needs and their priority, define individual and departmental development objectives and development methods (training/non-training solutions), prepare annual training and development plan;
- Conduct negotiations with outside training providers to ensure quality and cost efficient services. Organize and coordinate trainings with outside providers;
- Coordinate efficient Training Evaluation and Training Efficiency Evaluation processes;
- Assist Human Resources Manager in staff performance appraisals;
- Provide internal trainings for Company employees.

REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree;
- Min. 1 year of work experience within HR or administrative department, preferably in a multinational company;
- Fluent Ukrainian, Russian, English;
- Team player, good planning and communication skills;
- Understanding of training cycle, Training delivery skills.
