World leading FMCG company (13 years of successful operation in Ukraine) is looking for BRAND MANAGER.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development and implementation of marketing plans;
Direct the implementation of agreed product line management strategy with emphasis on brand positioning, and forecasting changes in consumer behavior and consumer needs;
Direct the spending of Marketing budgets;
Ensure that target consumers develop clear brand images and user perceptions;
Recommend timely modifications/improvements to agreed plans and/or product to ensure objectives are met in the face of competitive action and environmental changes;
Agree the priority of all programs with agencies, then implement and follow-up to measure and report performance versus objectives;
Ensure that statistical/research data and the current status of key projects are always readily available and achievement reports are submitted on time.
REQUIREMENTS:
University Degree, preferably in Marketing.
2+ years experience in Brand Management in international FMCG business.
Excellent communication skills, project management and budgeting;
Fluent English, Ukrainian, Russian. Strong PC skills: MS Office.
