World leading FMCG Company JT International Ukraine (14 years of successful operation in Ukraine) is looking for IT Service Requests Analyst.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide input to IT Communication for IT Service Request Management awareness campaign when rolling out IT Service Request world;
- Support standardizing and formalizing of IT Service Request processes and procedures;
- Service requests related to access processing/escalation. Service requests process monitoring, basic issues handling and escalation;
- Active Directory accounts monitoring and escalation to coordinator (outdated accounts, closed accounts);
- Access rights status reporting to coordinator (potentially improper access, outdated access).
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree;
- 2+ years experience in IT, Technical or Security area;
- Knowledge of IT processes and services, IT Security and security processes, Microsoft Infrastructure, Network & Infrastructure security, Active Directory Services. HP Service Desk is a plus;
- Team player, good analytic and communication skills. Strong discipline;
- Fluent English is required (spoken and written).
